If approved:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method (as applicable)
Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Dropshipping Disclaimer

- Products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers
- Return shipping may not always be possible
- In certain cases, refunds may be processed without requiring a physical return

- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
